Dipayan (Dip) Biswas is the Frank Harvey Endowed Professor of Marketing at University of South Florida (Tampa). His overarching research interest is in sensory marketing and its implications for digital marketing, food/beverage marketing, and retailing. His research has been published in Journal of Consumer Research (JCR), Journal of Marketing (JM), Journal of Marketing Research (JMR), Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science (JAMS), and Journal of Business Research (JBR) among other journals. He is Co-Editor-in-Chief of JBR. He is also Associate Editor at JMR and JAMS and on the editorial review boards of JCR and JM. He has collaborated on research and/or consulting projects with many companies across multiple countries (USA, Sweden, France, Colombia, India, Germany, Netherlands). His research has been covered by over 200 media outlets worldwide (e.g., WSJABCCBSCNNFoxNBCNYTWashington PostToday ShowFood Network). 

Ouidade SABRI is a professor of Marketing at IAE Paris-Sorbonne and is the Head of the Marketing and Business Practices Executive Master. She is the author of three books and has published many articles in international and national journals such as Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Ethics, Academy of Marketing Science Review, Marketing Research and Applications. She is particularly interested in the effectiveness of brand communication policies and marketing performance. She teaches communication, operational marketing and data analysis in France and abroad.

Alexandru Capatina is Professor, PhD Supervisior in Management and Vice-Dean for Research and International Affairs at Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from Dunarea de Jos University of Galati, Romania. He plays the role of Business Innovation Coach at European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency from European Commission. He is also Solopreneur, founding a company that delivers training and coaching in business innovation (https://innooppo.com/). His research is focused on Digital Innovation, Web Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Being devoted to experiential learning in entrepreneurial education, he has been certified as trainer for digital business games: Simbound and DIG (Discovery-Innovation-Growth). He plays the role of Kabuni Ambassador in Romania of a safe Metaverse for Education. He attended many international academic conferences and co-authored more than 80 research papers.
